Ann K. Fravel 78, of Sedalia, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024.

She was born April 16, 1946, in Cresco, IA, a daughter of the late Lavern and Lavine (Rassman) Greenslade. On June 12, 1965, in Cresco, IA, she married the love of her life, John K. Fravel, who survives.

Ann was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and had served as a Sunday school teacher and volunteer.

She was a farm wife and homemaker. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking, reading, gardening and canning.

In addition to her husband, survivors include three children, Darrin Fravel, of Wheeling, MO, Lori Williams, of Overland Park, KS, and Jesse Fravel, of Sedalia; a brother, Jerry Greenslade (Starla), of Cresco, IA; four grandchildren, Tiffany Ruhmann (John), Brooke Williams, Alyssa Fravel, and Jake Williams; two great-grandchildren, Lucy Ruhmann and Chase Ruhmann; and a grand dog, Daisy May.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Denny Greenslade.

Visitation will be held at Calvary Baptist Church Saturday, Oct. 5th at 10:00 am. Followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 1015 W. 16th St., Sedalia, MO 65301.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home
