Barbara J. Berry

It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara J. Berry, age 61, of Green Ridge, announce her sudden passing on Saturday, August 21, 2021, surrounded by her children and husband.

She was born January 15, 1960, to Robert “Dewey” and Rose Geiser. On December 24, 1976, she was united in marriage to Billy J. Berry, who survives of the home.

She was a 1978 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School.

Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years, Billy; children, Scotty, Tracy (Frere), Julie, Robert, Alexander, Andrea; grandchildren, Megan (Cook), Tristan, Austin, Emily, Robert, Staci, Patience, Robert, Jr., Jayden, Amelia; great-grandchild, Peyton; three siblings, Diana Brockett, Etta Steen and Robert “Bobby” Geiser; numerous other family members and friends.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Robert “Dewey” and Rose Geiser.

A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Heckart Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Marchbanks officiating.

Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
