Charlene Margaret Ehlers, 84, of Sedalia, formerly of Belton, died Saturday, March 10, 2018, at Rest Haven Convalescent and Retirement Home.
She was born August 23, 1933, in Pettis County, daughter of Ulrey Seburn and Nannie Bell (Anderson) Eye.
On April 15, 1956, in Stover, she was married to Norbert Herman Ehlers, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Ehlers worked as a seamstress for 30 years for Franklin Drapery in Grandview. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Grandview and its Ladies Fellowship.
Surviving are two brothers, William H. Eye, of Pilot Grove, and Ralph Eye, of Sedalia; and two sisters, Minnie A. Jones, of Joplin, and Mary L. Sisemore, of Lexington.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald L. Eye and Robert S. Eye; and a sister, Adelaide L. Hoehns.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 15, at Highland Sacred Gardens, with Jeff Page officiating.
