David Edward Wilson, 52, of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016, at his home.
He was born July 12, 1964, in Wheat Ridge, CO, son of Richard and Doris (Martin) Wilson, who preceded him in death.
Dave had worked as an electrician and enjoyed dirt bikes and gardening. He touched the lives of everyone he was around, known to many as a legend. He was a “go to” person, always ready to lend an ear and help.
Surviving are his fiancé, Sandy McDonald; a daughter, Angela Hardesty, of Arvada, Colorado; two sons, Zachary Wilson, of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Casey Locke, of Sherwood, Colorado; a brother, Daniel Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2016, at Heckart Funeral Home, with Rev. Carl Backie officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.
