He was a senior at Smith-Cotton High School. He was employed at Renegade Auto and loved his work family.

Davon had a passion for creative writing, particularly short stories, and aspired to attend college to pursue a career as a writer. At a younger age, he dreamed of becoming an offensive coordinator and enjoyed designing football plays in his spare time. He was an avid Patriots and KU fan and enjoyed listening to inspirational speeches. His favorite pastimes included hunting and fishing on the family farm, and riding dirt bikes with his brothers.
