Donald J Simons, 59, of Sedalia, passed away Saturday morning, December 19, 2015, at his home.
He was born December 16, 1956, in Sedalia, son of the late Woodrow and Mary Hoover Simons.
Don worked at Maple Leaf Antique Mall. He enjoyed collecting antiques, going to flea markets and auctions, and reading.
Surviving are two children, Don Simons, of Jefferson City, and Jennifer Simons (Tyrone Hill), of Ashland; four grandchildren; and five siblings, Carol Caldwell, Woodrow Simons, Harry Simons, Joe Simons and Mary Elliott.
He was also preceded in death by two children, Stephanie Simons and Jonathon Simons; and a grandson.
Burial will be at a later date in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
