Donnie Lee Booth, 86, of Sedalia, passed away, Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Fair View Nursing Home in Sedalia.
He was born on February 6, 1938, in Mt. Moriah, MO a son of Garland and Deloris (Morris) Booth. Donnie also had two brothers Chip and Bill. On June 12, 1964, he married Sharon Kay Pratt.
Donnie honorably served in the United States Navy. He worked for many years as a truck driver for Yellow Freight and he had received the million-mile safe drivers award. He was very proud of his service in the Navy and his career as a truck driver. He had many good friends from work and in the community. Donnie enjoyed working in his yard and his antique cars. He also enjoyed the time he got to spend with his wife Sharon when they would spend the winter RVing in Florida after retirement where they met many friends from across the country.
Donnie is survived by his grandson Bradly Durian of Sedalia.
In addition to both of his parents and his wife he was preceded in death by one daughter Kim.
