Dora Anna Marie Kueck
Dora Anna Marie Kueck, 95, of Sedalia, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center.
She was born on March 23, 1922 in Cole Camp, the daughter of Theodore and Sophia Klindworth.
On June 4, 1944, Dora was united in marriage to Harvey Kueck, who preceded her in death.
She worked for nineteen years as a CNA at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She loved quilting, playing cards, and baking, especially cinnamon rolls. She provided for many elderly people over the years. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.
Dora is survived by two sons, Richard Kueck, of Plano, TX, and Robert Kueck, of Lee’s Summit; a daughter, Barbara Ritchey of Lakewood, CO; two sisters, Lillie Bass, of Kansas City, and Martha Bonin, of Phoenix, AZ; eight grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Klindworth; two nephews and a niece.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Sedalia, with the Rev. Ronald Hoehne officiating.
Casket bearers will be Dan Kueck, Lee Walton, Keith Miller, Jonathan Kueck, David Cumming and Tom Ritchey.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Radio Ministry at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
