Douglas L. Evans

Douglas Lee Evans, 53, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, April 7, 2014, at his home.

He was born October 16, 1960, in Inglewood, CA, son of Betty Joann Evans and Edward Hall. On December 7, 2013, he married Pamela S. Miller.

In addition to his wife, survivors include a daughter from a previous marriage, Holly Leann Evans; and four step-children, Pamela L. West, Mark R. Miller, Heather M. Miller and Jennifer L. Meyer; nine step-grandchildren; five siblings, Donald G. Evans, Debbie Russell, Jerry Hall, Terry Green and Pam Ward; and his step-dad, Donald Ussery, and his wife, Pam.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Seaman; and a sister, Denise Richardson.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum.

Casket bearers will be Brittan Petree, Donald Evans, John Archambault, Tab West, Charlie Halloway, Tyler Borus and Joe Seaman.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. Friday at Heckart Funeral Home.
