Freda May Whittlesey, age 84, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018, after a short illness.
Freda was born July 2, 1933, to Marion and Gladys Tanner of Stover, MO.
She was an LPN and spent her life caring for others.
She is survived by a daughter, Diana Earl and husband Michael of Springfield, MO; a son Steve Weems and wife Trisha of Anderson, MO. She has seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Whittlesey, and a son, Lonnie Weems.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10, at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Union Cemetery near Cole Camp.
