Galen Dale Burrows, 72, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at his home.
He was born February 5, 1946, in Stockton, CA, son of Harley and Reacy (Corbley) Burrows.
On May 10, 1969, in Reno, NV, he married Carolyn (Yager).
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Galen worked as an auto body painter. He had owned Burrows Auto Painting, and later worked at Big Valley Ford and retired from Don’s Body Shop. He was an avid bowler, achieving a perfect 300 several times. He liked cars, going to the state fair, and was a big San Francisco Giants fan.
In addition to his wife, Carolyn, survivors include a son, Sean Burrows (Carol), of Lodi, CA; and three grandchildren, Madison, Mason and Braeden.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Fred and Darrel.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
