Gladys L. Biggs

Gladys Lorene Biggs, 90, died April 15, 2020 at Fair View Nursing Home, Sedalia, MO.

She was born November 22, 1929 in Clinton, MO, the daughter of Dowl and Carrie (Davis) West.  Gladys married (Thomas) Martin Biggs on October 20, 1946, a union lasting 71 years.  Gladys was Martin’s caregiver during his ten-year battle with Alzheimer’s.

In later years she also enjoyed two years of employment at Archais Floral Shop.  When Gladys’s health declined, she entered Fair View Nursing Home in August 2019.  Her special friends there were dining table mates Bill and Margaret, and neighbors Joanne and Edna.  On November 22
