Glenna Mae Rowlette, 82, of Sedalia, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016, at University Hospital in Columbia.
She was born December 9, 1933, in Lincoln, daughter of Carl J. and Wilhelmina Mueller.
On March 9, 1952, in Lincoln, she married Leroy Kreisler, who preceded her in death. On September 3, 1971, in Miami, OK, she was united in marriage to Rolland F. Rowlette, Sr. who preceded her in death on September 2, 2003.
She was the secretary for the family business, Rowlette Contacting, for 32 years.
Glenna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Sedalia, the Women of the Moose lodge #1242 and Lady of Honor in Shrine Club in Kansas City.
She enjoyed flowers, birds, puzzles, embroidery and her beloved dog, Molly.
She is survived by two children, Gary Kreisler (Pam), of Olive Branch, MS, and Diane Kreisler, of Sedalia; one granddaughter, Angela Kreisler, of Olive Branch, MS; two great-granddaughters, Kyra Kreisler and Ariana Rampani; two sisters, Ruby Bialucha, of Clinton, and Virginia Foley, of Kansas City, KS; one brother, Carl G. Mueller (Joann), of Lincoln; two step-children, Sundra Mullins, of Sedalia, Martha Dotson, of North Carolina; and her companion, Raymond Thompson, of Clark.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Harry L. Mueller and two step-children, Frank and Ken Rowlette.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Heckart Funeral Home, with the Bishop Gary Rae officiating.
Casket bearers will be Greg Johns, Dennis Mueller, Bill Wilken, Terry Minks, Dennis Kreisler and Dennis Thornton.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
