Harold Bennett Mullins, 80, of Sedalia, died Thursday, March 15, 2018, at his home.
He was born April 30, 1937, in Saline County, son of Earl Eison Mullins and Viola Mae (Smith) Mullins.
Harold worked for Central Missouri Foods for several years and then built pole barns for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching NASCAR and sitting on his porch. He was a comedian and loved kids and telling them stories.
Surviving are two children, Kimberly Mahalovich (Terry), of Sedalia, and Douglas Mullins (Katy), of Sedalia; three grandchildren, Jordan, Kinsey and Tanner; two great-grandchildren, Anderson and Lexi; his companion of 50 years, Judy Koons, of the home; Judy’s son, Mark Koons (Sharai), their daughter, Chelsy and her children, Brylee and Peyton; and a brother, Ancil Mullins (Sharon), of Siloam Springs, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Clarence Mullins; and a sister, Betty Craig.
No services are planned at this time.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
