Our much loved Grandma Honey left us on June 14th, 2024, and is missed greatly by her family and those who knew her.
Jennie Reynoso was a true green thumb. She could make anything grow- plants, flowers even her family and friends. She had been a dedicated mother, but her true joy came from being a grandmother. She had a special bond with each of her six grandchildren, and they adored her in return. She spent countless hours supporting their growth through school activities, mentoring their interests, and ensuring that she diligently imparted her life-long earned wisdom with each milestone.
When she wasn’t busy cultivating a beautiful life for her family she enjoyed growing friendships. Some would last decades. Many flourished from a mutual love of planting, and together they would ensure that local greenhouses were left bare by each season.
She supported her need to surround herself and those she loved with blooms through a 21-year dedication to Prysmian Sedalia. She worked within a team that prides itself on manufacturing high-quality wire and cable products. Jennie proudly did her part on the production line, while establishing a work family that would create bonds stronger than any metal she worked with.
Rest in peace, dear mother, sister, friend, grandma. Your legacy of hard work and dedication to all that you loved will live on through us.
Visitation to celebrate Jennie’s life will be held 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Sunday, July 14, 2024 at the Heckart Family Center, 915 S. Ohio, Sedalia.
