Josiah L. “Joe” Wilson, 59, of Sedalia, died Friday, March 17, 2017, in Sedalia.
He was born March 25, 1957, in Des Moines, IA, son of Calvin William Wilson and Shirley Glee Berhow Wilson, who preceded him in death.
Joe worked at Baughman Feed Service as a diesel mechanic and enjoyed playing pool on a local league. He will be remembered as someone who was always there to help anyone who asked.
Surviving are two children: Dustin Josiah Wilson (Ashley), and Calvin William Wilson, all of Sedalia; two grandchildren, Alexander and Bently; two brothers, Donald Wilson (Joy), of Sedalia, and Roy Wilson (Geneanne), of Smithton; and a sister, Sheryl Randall (Dan), of Sedalia.
A celebration of life is planned for April 1 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at LifePointe Church located at 2500 E. Broadway, Sedalia, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the family in care of Heckart Funeral Home, 903 S. Ohio, Sedalia, MO 65301.
