Kimberly Lyn “Kimber” Hoeper, 52, of Kansas City, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City.
She was born March 18, 1969, in Sedalia, a daughter of Milton Dean and Connie “Wendy” (Pilkenton) Cunningham. On November 13, 1999, in Sedalia, she married Kurt W. Hoeper, who survives of the home.
She was a graduate of Garrett High School in Charleston, SC and attended Commonwealth College, Virginia Beach, VA.
Kimber was spunky, loving, caring and compassionate wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and her animals, writing and browsing Facebook.
In addition to her husband, Kurt, she is survived by her mother, Connie “Wendy” Bjur, of Sedalia; five children, Brittany Tuff (Jamie), of Kearney, Chelsea Meyer (Shawn), of New Franklin, Dara James, of Kansas City, Eric Hoeper, of Boonville and Amberlyn Hoeper, of Kansas City; four grandchildren, Julianna, Delaney, Maddex and Bethany; and a brother, Milton “Dean” Cunningham, of Lone Jack.
She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Dean Cunningham.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Crown Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.
