Lonnie Joe Glover

Lonnie Joe Glover, 69, of Warrensburg, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Centerpointe Hospital in Independence, MO. 

He was born on June 3, 1955 in Sedalia, MO, a son of Charles and Rowena (Maness) Glover.

Lonnie worked for many years as a machine operator for Duke Manufacturing. He enjoyed coin collecting, working on cars, illustrations of wolves and drinking coffee. Lonnie will be remembered for having a huge heart and helping people every chance he could. 

Survivors include two siblings, Stephen Robert Glover, and Oliva Jane Barker; former wife, Joyce A. Glover, mother of Jennifer Glover and her fiance Rex A. Rowlette; also Marvelee Hall, mother to Lonnie Glover II and his fiance Rayne Peavler, Crystal Lange, Rebecca Iliff and her spouse Kenneth Iliff, III, and Heather Burns and her spouse Matthew Burns; and ten grandchildren. 

In addition to both of his parents he was preceded in death by ten siblings. 

Lonnie's wishes were to be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
