Lorene Opal Marler, 82, of Sedalia, died Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born August 18, 1930, in Elvins, MO, daughter of Clarence and Chloie Mae Burns Collier. On July 30, 1960, in St. Louis, she married David Lawrence Marler, who survives of the home.
Mrs. Marler was a member of First Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, survivors include two sons, Scott Marler, of Sedalia, and Gene Winch (Mage), of Farmington, MO; and a daughter, Sue Marales (Ray), of Plano, TX.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Heckart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Marlin Brown officiating.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Friday at Heckart Funeral Home.
