Martha “Susie” Bremer
Martha Sue “Susie” Bremer, 71, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Research Medical Center.
She was born January 24, 1949, in Sedalia, a daughter of the late Frank Johnson and Ruby Frances (Cramer) Bremer.
Susie was a 1967 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She worked as a caregiver and was a generous, big-hearted person. Susie loved kids and enjoyed crocheting and knitting.
She was a member of Maywood Baptist Church in Independence.
Survivors include two sisters: Reva Woodward, of Sedalia, and Ruth Bremer, of Columbia; her companion, Carl Harris, of the home; two nephews; two great-nephews and a great-niece.
There will be no service. Burial will be in Smithton Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
