Mary Lee Lyle

Mary Lee Lyle, 84, of Knob Noster, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

Born September 1, 1937, in Knob Noster, she was one of three children of Clarence David and Lourissa (Nevils) Lyle, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn Marvis Lyle and James David “Jimmy” Lyle.

Mary Lee retired from Missouri Public Service, where she was a secretary. She loved the Lord and was a Christian. Her hobbies included raising flowers and tomatoes and picking pears from her tree to share with others. She liked to go riding around in the country. She will be remembered for being kind, caring, strong and independent.

There will be no formal visitation, but friends may pay their respects from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at Heckart Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Knob Noster Cemetery.
