Michael Chris Toellner was taken into the Lord’s arms September 15, 2018. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Michael had a passion for making friends, loved animals, fixing his 1999 Ford Mustang, outdoor activities, traveling and especially his two Doberman dogs.
With a heavy heart I write this so everyone can remember how smart, sweet and funny he was and how much he will be missed. We loved him greatly.
Michael lived his young years in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Oak Park High School in 1994 and attended two years of vo-tech school. He was voted team leader both junior and senior years. He attended the Job Corp in Utah and completed a two year program in one year. He was employed at AT&T as a certified instructor to teach management. He attended the University of Phoenix with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He had also studied to be an ordained minister.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Spencer Ray Toellner of Warrensburg, MO.
He leaves behind his mother, Deloris Ann Jaggers, of Tahlequah, OK; three brothers, Terry Ray Toellner, of Tahlequah, OK, Larry Dean Toellner and wife Vivian, of Hilo, HI, and Steve Alan Toellner, of Green Ridge, MO; one sister, Lisa Kay Denwalt and her husband Dale, of Tahlequah, OK; one niece, Kristen Ashley Jumper and husband, Nick, of Tahlequah, OK; one great-nephew, Alex Aron Jumper; and a great-niece, Emma Rose Jumper.
Michael was the baby brother of his family. He was like a big brother to me, his niece. He taught me how to make mud pies, play video games and have nerf fights.
My uncle loved the Lord and had a picture of the Lord Jesus at the head of his bed. Even through sorrow we know as a family Michael is at peace with his Savior.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 21, at Plad Cemetery on 64 Highway near Plad, MO.
