Mildred Louise Stevens Glenn, 96, of Sedalia, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born January 3, 1922 near Green Ridge, MO, a daughter of Verlin and Etta (Alderman) Stevens. Mildred married Melvin Thierfelder in 1939 and he preceded her in death in 1975. In 1982 she married Kenneth Glenn who preceded her in death in 2001.
Mildred was a member of Lamine Baptist Church and enjoyed working in her flower garden.
Survivors include one son, Melvin M. Thierfelder of Sedalia; two daughters, Lavera Schmitt of Sedalia and Deloris Brown of Florence; six grandsons; one granddaughter; and 17 great-grandchildren; 25 great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-granddaughter.
In addition to both of her parents and her husbands she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clayton and Dennis Stevens; one sister Laura Bell DeVore and one granddaughter, Kimberly.
A private family inurnment will be held at Olive Branch Cemetery at a later date.
