Minnie A. Jones

Minnie Anna Jones, 88, of Joplin, MO, formerly of Hughesville, MO, died June 24, 2018.

She was born January 5, 1930, in Pettis County, MO, daughter of Ulrey Seburn and Nannie Bell (Anderson) Eye.

In 1951, in Harrison, AR, she married Donald E. Hunter, who died in January 1967.

In 1969, in Sedalia, MO, she married Ralph Richey, who died in 1969.

In 1979, in Miami, OK, she married Casey Jones, who died in March 1992.

Minnie retired from J.A. Lamy Manufacturing after 30 years. She was a member of East Sedalia Baptist Church and Pettis Chapter 279 Order of the Eastern Star

Surviving are her daughter, Donna; grandchildren; a brother, William Eye; and a sister, Mary Sisemore.

She was also preceded in death by  three brothers, Donald L. Eye, Robert S. Eye and Ralph C. Eye; and two sisters, Adelaide L. Hoehns and Charlene Ehlers.

Minnie donated her body to science.
