Noland Stefan Tucker, 72, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021, at his home.
He was born November 10, 1948, in Kansas City, son of Chauncey Noland and Thresa Barbara (Stefan) Tucker.
Noland was a 1968 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Kansas. He worked as an insurance underwriter in Kansas City, MO for several years. After returning to Sedalia, he worked at Walmart in the Electronics department for over 17 years. Noland played bass in numerous local bands over the years. He also enjoyed chess and photography.
Survivors include a sister, Nova Sudduth (John), of Rocky Comfort, MO; a niece, Stefanie Laputz, of Yarmouth, ME, and Matthew Sudduth, of Bentonville, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
No services are planned. Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens.
