Robert E. Blaylock
Robert Eugene “Bob” Blaylock, 54, of Sedalia, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019 at Fair View Nursing Home.
He was born July 6, 1965 in Texas City, TX son of Garnett “Bill” Blaylock and Nora Lou (Rice) Lemens.
Bobby was raised and lived in the Green Ridge area. He mostly worked as a mechanic but in his younger years did carpentry. He was a certified diesel mechanic. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and spending time at the lake fishing.
Surviving are his father and step-mother, Bill and Jude Blaylock, of Sedalia; sister, Sherri Dove of Green Ridge; and brother, Chad Lemens of Sedalia.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nora Lou Lemens; step-father, William R. Lemens; and brother-in-law, Allen Dove.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Mt. Herman Cemetery, with Rev. Robert Sisney officiating.
Memorials are suggested to Cancer Perks or to the family.
Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
