Roger H. Sydow
Roger Henry Sydow, 66, of Sedalia, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
He was born September 8, 1956, in Windsor, son of Allen A. and Libby (Ondracek) Sydow.
Roger was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church. He attended college at Mizzou and CMSU. He was a self-employed landscaper. His hobbies included fishing, being outdoors, and reading.
Surviving are his parents, Allen and Libby Sydow, of Otterville; and a sister, Libby Ellen Sydow, of Overland Park, KS.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Wesley Arthur Sydow; paternal grandparents, Arthur and Mary Ann Sydow; maternal grandparents, Rudolph and Mary Ondracek; and several aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Heckart Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Our Savior Lutheran Radio Ministry or Sedalia Animal Shelter.
