Ronald Hershman Prall, 73, of Clinton, died Saturday, February 3, 2018, at his home.
He was born February 22, 1944, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, son of Russell Hershman Prall and Opal Elizabeth Wolf Prall, who preceded him in death.
Ronnie worked as a sheet metal worker for Local No. 2. He enjoyed spending time at the lake, fishing, boating or building portable docks. The things that brought him joy in life were music and guitars, roadsters and vintage cars, bowling, and dogs. He was eccentric and enjoyed making life easy. He had a great sense of humor. He kept busy all the time and enjoyed tinkering and fixing things.
Surviving are two sons, Rodney Prall (Laura), of Lee’s Summit, and Randy Prall (Kathryn), of Oak Grove; grandchildren, Chelsea, Madeline, Olivia and Joseph; step-grandson, Derek Fulte; and his life partner, Carol Ireland, of Clinton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Prall.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Heckart Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 7, at the funeral home.
Private entombment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum.
