Travis William Humphreys, 21, of Sedalia, died Friday, May 11, 2018, at his home.
He was born May 23, 1996, in Sedalia, the son of Christopher W. Humphreys and Amy Lynn Jones.
Travis was a 2014 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and worked at Walmart. He enjoyed playing video games, hanging out with his cousins and listening to music. Travis was very intelligent and will be remembered as sweet and polite. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his father, Chris, and his wife, Crystal, of the home; his mother, Amy Jones, and her significant other, Robert Rhoads, of Camdenton; two brothers, Corbin and Daltin; a sister, Faith; a step-brother, Jared Rhoads; paternal grandparents, Terry and Catherine Humphreys, and Carla Humphreys; maternal grandparents, Ben and Anna Jones; paternal great-grandmother, Carol Troop; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Heckart Funeral Home, where visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
Honorary bearers will be his cousins Jacob and Sheldon Karman, and his step-brother, Jared Rhoads.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
