Willard W. Kalthoff
Willard W. Kalthoff, 75, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at his home.
He was born October 28, 1941, in Lafayette County, MO, son of Fred Kalthoff and Nora (Fuehring) Kalthoff, who preceded him in death. Willard had one brother, Howard, who also preceded him in death.
On December 29, 1961, Willard was united in marriage to Dorothy Richey. Together they had three daughters: Donna Cline (Terrance), Debra Kalthoff and Diane Bergman (Chris), all surviving.
Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren: Hilliary Owens, Dustin Bergman (Ashley Stees), Cameron Owens (Charity), Christi Bergman, Amanda Owens, Shelby Bergman and Sarah Bergman.
Willard is also great-grandpa to Avery Owens.
He delivered newspapers for the Kansas City Star for 50 years and was the owner of Will’s News Agency.
A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017, at Heckart Funeral Home, with Jeff Page officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association.
