Wilma Mae Quick, 85, of Sedalia, passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Rest Haven Convalescent Center.
She was born March 28, 1936, in Warrensburg, daughter of the late Oscar B. and Mildred E. (Laughman) Evans. On April 26, 1961, in Warrensburg, she married Lloyd Quick, who preceded her in death on February 14, 1985.
Wilma was a homemaker. Her life revolved around her family and was a loving, caring, happy mother and grandmother.
She is survived by three children, Bernice Quick, Dwayne Quick (Trish) and Pamela Reed (James), all of Sedalia; two sisters, Susie Townsend and Wanda Evans, both of Portland, OR; and six grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Cantu and Helen Lakey; and a brother, Wayne Evans.
Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Heckart Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.
Burial will be in Warrensburg Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at the funeral home.
